Thank you for shopping with Sound On Apparel. We are dedicated to delivering our curated, high-quality garments straight to your door as efficiently as possible. Because we prioritize sustainable production and premium quality, our shipping process works a little differently than standard fast-fashion retailers.
Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
1. Processing & Fulfillment Times
Every single garment we sell is made-to-order. Instead of mass-producing apparel that sits in a warehouse, your shirt is custom-printed specifically for you the moment your order is confirmed.

Standard Processing Time: 2 to 5 business days.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Note: Processing time is entirely separate from shipping time. Once our fulfillment team completes your item and runs it through quality control, it is handed off to the shipping carrier.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, transit times vary depending on your location.

Europe & United Kingdom: 3 to 10 business days.

United States: 3 to 7 business days.
- International / Rest of World: 10 to 21 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines provided by our carriers. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or postal service bottlenecks.
3. Shipping Rates & Tracking

Tracking Your Order: The moment your package leaves our fulfillment facility, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking link status.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination address. We offer clear, transparent pricing with no hidden handling fees.
4. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Because our fulfillment system is highly automated to ensure quick delivery, the window to change an address or modify an order is exceptionally small.

If you realize you made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order at shop@soundonapparel.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes after this 2-hour window. Sound On Apparel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address provided by the customer.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our international deep-thinkers: packages shipped outside of our primary manufacturing hubs may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Sound On Apparel does not collect or predict these fees, and we cannot mark items as "gifts" to bypass customs protocols.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If your garment arrives damaged or features a printing defect, please send a clear photo of the issue to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement immediately, completely free of charge.

Lost Packages: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors, your local mail carrier, or your building's front desk first. If the package remains missing after 3 business days, contact our support team so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
